Laronge-Wagner Realty is a single-office independent Realtor specializing in serving the needs of buyers and sellers of residential real estate. Laronge-Wagner Realty is one of the longest established real estate companies in the Greater Cleveland area. Our company is the merger of two of the oldest and respected companies, Joseph Laronge, Inc. (since 1903) and Wagner Realty (since 1918).

Owner/Broker, Michael D. Wagner has been a licensed real estate broker since 1974 and has been an active Realtor for over 40 years. He is also a state certified residential real estate appraiser. Mike has served as a director, officer and committee member of the local Board of Realtors and as a Governor of the multiple listing service and has been active in local service and business organizations.
